UPDATE: since my original post I have increased a star. I'm not sure if management has changed but the store has been much more organized and better stocked over the past few months!
Small store so less selection than most other Old Navys. Be prepared to wait in line. Store is frequently disorganized but usually when there are big sales
This store would have 5 stars, but they have this young girl named Kayla and she is beyond rude. Like, did she even get trained on how to help people when you're the only person open at the register? But no, the other person had to finish ringing up the people in front of us, and then took care of us because Kayla was too busy pretending to be busy.
Training is needed at this store. Customer Service is not friendly; it's more like customer combative. The cashiers are more into cross taking with one another during customer interactions than actually engaging with the customers. One even had the nerve to check her phone mid transaction as if I meant nothing. I've worked retai before and I get the comradey between coworkers but to attempt to roll your eyes behind a customers back as if they won't get caught (I caught it). I only hope this was a one off situation and not learned from leadership.

This store is usually in disarray and has a lack of people working at the cash register. I'm almost always digging through piles of unfolded and piled up items, trying to find 2Ts to fit my child. I usually end up giving up. It never fails they have 100 of one size and nothing of another. The purchasing and staffing definitely needs improving at the store. But...it is Old Navy and has great prices on basics for everyone's wardrobe, so when I have the time to dig, I don't mind. The problem is that with a 2 year old, I don't usually have the time to dig...
As far as the store itself, it’s Old Navy. Store is clean and well merchandised. The organization is good and the only mess is in the clearance section (but what store isn’t)
Though most times people are friendly enough, most of the times they’re into their phones and talking with one another than actually helping. The cashiers tonight was exceptionally rude (I made it plural because the other cashiers interacted with one another during my transaction).
