Employee's on the phone. I walked in to come in to the optical and the employee is on the sales floor literally standing there talking on her phone.
It's okay. Sears changed, it's not as exciting as it use to be when you walked in. Kitchen appliances are taking over. Still have an excellent selections of tools, tool boxes, garden tools, and shoes.
Very disappointed on how your return policies work when u purchase and item while the store has a sale going on. I just went in to do an exchange on a pair of shoes that i bought on Sunday wich their was a friend's and family promotion going on and to my surprise u guys don't honor the promotion after wards. I just had to pay the difference. What if it where someone who I bought for but didn't fit them so what, they have to pay a difference on a present they were given I just don't feel how that's even fair especially when it's an even exchange I would understand if it's a diffrent item but the same item just different size.
It was a nice visit today the salesman were all very pleasant.
Customer service was great, but the prices are high, and not much of a warranty unless u buy it.
