Takes for ever
I've been to this facility twice within the last 3 months and have had very pleasant experiences both times. I got seen by the same dr twice and she was very sweet and made me feel very comfortable during my Pap smear, it wasn't awkward at all.
Great service and they really listen to your needs. Love that I can make an appointment online and that they send you text reminders!
Worst visit I have ever had at a planned parenthood. The receptionists were great and the techs were the worst part of the experience. I was the asked the same questions by 3 different techs and no communication between the techs and the doctor on site. Waited in a room for 25 mins with out telling me how long the wait time would be. I asked why the wait was so long and a tech said that they were busy and it was Friday(stop the excuses) even though I had an appointment. Nobody seemed to care about providing a good experience. Be prepared to wait for longer than an hour to be seen if you have an appointment, but looks like walk -Ins are higher priority!!! I won't be returning to this location!
I was seen very quickly, with an appt, both times. Didn't have to wait more than 15 minutes.
