I placed a pick up order 30 min ago for the Antioch sycamore location. A LG pepperoni salami olive cheesy bread and a 2lt. Got here wasn't ready. Now I have to wait another 2p minutes. I have the confirmation email for the order. The employee had my orders receipt and didn't make it. This is rediculous. And they still charged me full price didn't even apologize. I've ordered from this location before and never had this problem. I can't believe this rn. This store is super hot why would I want to sit in a store that's hotter than the 100 plus degree weather outside. This is why I didn't cook at home and ordered. I want a refund or discount of some kind. I'm calling their corporate office.
Food is good, i hate that they up their prices every week. 2 pizzas for $22 is now $26?? And its like breaking a leg to get a free soda.

Consistently good pizza. Reasonable prices.
High price for pizza. But worth it once in a while. Call first they usually have specials. I like the combos the other places don't have- these usually aren't on special.
