I've for sure gained a few gray hairs with this one! We never lost confidence and trust in you both though! Thank you for making our dreams come true!! We are seriously over joyed and can not wait to make Brookside "Home". We know you both worked countless hours and got the job done! We totally appreciate all your efforts in making sure both Xavier and I felt confident in your capabilities!

Rick is simply the best! We decided to sell our home and first went with an agent that was known to our family for sometime. We got very disappointed because she was not fighting for us, she took long to communicate and when she did, she would give half baked information. She was always coming up with excuses for the house not selling for example; there are way too many homes on the market, your house lacks this/lacks that and so on. This was very troubling because the market was a sellers market, homes similar to ours were being sold off in seven days. This went on for over a month and we decided to get a more experienced and proven realtor and there came Rick. He visited our property and the first thing he said was this home is going to be an easy and fast sale. He arranged the first open house over the weekend and the following Tuesday we had an offer and the same folks bought our home. He did the opposite of what our first agent was doing, he was very aggressive and not passive, he did not just sit and wait for clients to call, his office has buyer and seller agents who do round the clock marketing of your home. They were always calling me to set up appointments for people to come and view the home which is a very good because some sloppy agents relay on just open houses. I highly recommend Rick and his team and next time we are shopping, we will definitely use their services again.
Here's how we came to work with Rick Fuller and his amazing team. Over a year ago we went to a few open houses to get our heads around how much things cost. We saw a home that Rick himself was showing... and it was beautiful! We weren't ready to move on anything at that time but Rick was beyond courteous and welcoming. He engaged with us even though we weren't ready to buy that minute, he still gave us his time and attention and made us feel very welcome. Now here we are this year and ready to try to buy... we had no doubt where we'd like to go for help doing so. We reached out to Rick Fuller's office and were paired with Julie Jackson as our realtor. Julie from day 1 was AMAZING and everyone along the way was as well. We told her how we came to them and why. We had the best experience all around. We found an amazing home worked with a sensational realtor AND lender. I can't say one bad thing. We were communicated with thoroughly every step of the way. Our home buying experience was worth waiting for and working with the amazing team under Rick Fuller. We can't thank them enough for valuing us, taking such good care of us and always making sure we never had any questions unanswered.
Rick did a wonderful job for us! The day after we signed on with him, he created an amazing webpage of our home, and some lovely brochures, as well. We had an overwhelming showing from the start, due to Rick's guidance. He helped us through it all, patiently answering all of our questions, and we ended up getting more for our home than it was listed for! We are so grateful to Rick Fuller and his staff!
