I got the mix BBQ plate it was so good I got one to go for later on
I come here a lot and one day they charged me $17.94 twice and when I came in to dispute it they said that's impossible we would never double charge you, so I ask for a refund in food being reasonable and they said no. So I told them I will never come back and they said fine don't come back... they just lost a long term customer, I also told the lady out front what happen and she turn around and went back to her car because she thought that was rude of what they did
Food was delicious as always, the tables clean and our food was ready quite quickly. Overall great experience...
Same quality as the other chains however the Asian lady in the front was fairly rude or unemotional. Just not a friendly/happy experience.
SO RUDE. I can deal with the language barrier, but politeness is universal. This place has no clue about customer service, neither the old man nor woman running the place. I've been here over a year ago and the other lady is nice, who knows if she's even around any more. Will not return. I'll go to a different Hawaiian BBQ spot!!!
