I love this place! One of the only places a person can get some healthy prepared food in the area ... It's pretty damn tasty too.
I've been coming here for years, always great healthy food at a reasonable price. Combine that with fast friendly service, best place in town.
Healthy fast food. Low carb meals too. If you are on a lunch break call in your order ahead of time since everything is cooked to order it takes a little longer than a typical fast food joint. The portion sizes are great. I can usually make 2 meals out of them.
Very Friendly service, helpful with explaining the menu, clean restaurant, fast service. I order the Cajun salad and I added shrimp. The overall taste of the salad, it is very good, large pieces of chicken breast. Too much salad dressing. I will ask for it on the side next time.
Don't let the name fool you . Good, fresh, heathy food , yes , cooked to order . One of the best restaurants in Antioch . Friendly employees too . Nice place . Took friends from out of town there . They loved it !
