First, Dawn sounded rushed and rude as if I were disturbing her. Secondly, what would be the point of me explaining my pet’s situation when I was just indirectly informed no one would be able to help me? She had no idea the nature of my call and when my pet needed to be seen, but outright informed me no one would see me as “they have a full schedule.” This is a place that advertises being opened 7 days a week, but “they have a full schedule.” When? Was their schedule full today…tomorrow…next week…next year? Perhaps, Dawn should have asked me what was going on with my pet first in order to determine whether her company might be able accommodate us. Perhaps, my pet needed to be seen next week. Compassion, kindness, effective communication, patience and a ‘pet first attitude,’ can go a long way here as, sometimes, you never have the opportunity to represent your company with pride and dignity. The Ark Pet Hospital will see my pet. Grateful for pet friendly attitude over the phone! Peace & Blessings

Also pet grooming is offered it is great.
Very friendly people. They treat pets really nice and have capability to perform complex surgeries. I highly recommend them.

We take our “baby girl” here for boarding when we are out of town. They take excellent care of her and give her lots of TLC. We even get pictures of her texted to us. Jen and her staff are the best!
Dawn: “Yes, but there are no doctors in.”
