Should be able to put minus stars, only allows to pay at counter, then demand a credit card instead of cash so now my lady is stuck in St Loius. Will never use Avis or Budget again

I have been renting from this location for over 4 years.And from Avis over 15yrs I always get the best deal and if i'm not satisfied they allow me to return my rental. The staff is always very proffessional and concerned with how you are doing.They are outstanding..it feels like family there
