Nightmare renting from this place. The staff is rude l, and unprofessional. And the average wait time is about 45 minutes. Stay away from this location!!!!
I’ve never had to write a review before for any business. But for this place i’ll make an exception. the woman. I believe her name was Tamra was Rude, Unprofessional, not very friendly, and she look like she didn’t want to be there at all! Also Because the tank was one little line before full she wanted to charge me $60 for gas that’s ridiculous! Place look kind of dirty. I Rather pay bigger deposit somewhere else then ever stepping in it Hertz!!!! Oh yeah if I could I will give them zero stars
I have rented cars from this location on multiple occasions and each time I go in the staff is happy, knowledgeable, and more than happy to assist me. I recently decided to drive up to the snow and did not want to put the additional mileage on my car. The gentleman that helped me was very patient in explaining the features and benefits that would best suit my needs; along with their policy regarding snow chains. I am a loyal customer because they always go above and beyond for me.
The staff was unorganized. I was given a car that was not properly inspected prior to being released for a new rental. No one did a pre-rental inspection on the rental with me before I left not when I returned it. They then tried to charge me $300 for smokers cleaning fee. The customer service rep at the 800 number was very helpful. If you use this shop make sure someone inspects the vehicle with you before leaving the lot. If not you can call the roadside assistance number to report your problem.
Always treats me good when I rent from them, they try there hardest to get me the car I want. I have rented from them for a few years now.
